This salt is slowly infused with award-winning Organic Balsamico of Modena, a rich balanced balsamic made with USDA-certified organic Lambrusco grape must, into unrefined Pacific sea salt.  A beautiful blend.

This salt pairs beautifully with tomatoes and unripened cheeses and is excellent for roasting vegetables and toasting nuts. Its rich burgundy hue makes it a great garnish for fresh salads, breads and appetizers.
