Traditionally used in North African and Middle Eastern cuisines, Harissa is a condiment made from dried hot chili peppers, garlic, toasted caraway, toasted coriander, and toasted cumin, pounded into a paste with olive oil. Our infused olive oil is made with Certified Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil and copious amounts of chili pepper, making it very spicy and one of the hottest in our collection.
Suggestions: Often used in lamb dishes, fish stew with vegetables, chickpea soup, or great brushed on meats or eggplant prior to cooking.
