Our handcrafted Roasted Walnut Oil is made in California, strictly following 150-year-old traditional methods. It's slowly roasted to perfection, then expeller-pressed and lightly filtered.

Suggestions: It adds a rich walnut taste to salad dressings, pasta dishes, grilled meats, and freshly baked pastries. It also makes a great bread dip. Shake it up with equal amounts of one of our balsamics for an unforgettable vinaigrette.
