We are looking for awesome people to add to our team! We are hiring for both the store and the restaurant / wine bar! We are a close knit team that all works together to run one special business. We are known for our olive oils / balsamics and specialty foods, in addition to housewares. The restaurant is always growing and features healthy, fun meals including salads, sandwiches, cauliflower crust pizza and charcuterie. We're proud to have the largest by the wine glass selection on the island, and also have an assortment of craft beer. Our music scene has a wonderful following, and we love featuring musicians on Tuesday nights, in addition to Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Overall we have an upscale casual environment perfect for date nights, girls nights, private events and everything in between.

Servers

Golden Isles Olive Oil is looking for a well-presented server who can make any event a success.  A team player.  As a Server, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in our continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials

• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system

• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner

• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service

• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations

• Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times

Part-time positions are available. Pay will be based on experience.

Server Assistant

Golden Isles Olive Oil is looking for a Server Assistant to join our kitchen staff and maintain cleanliness around our restaurant. Must be prepared to work in a high volume and fast-paced environment. Dishwasher responsibilities include collecting used dishes, plates and utensils, loading washing machines and stacking washed items appropriately.  Assisting Servers with serving drinks and bussing tables.

Preferred Qualifications:​

• Availability to work in shifts, during weekends and evenings

• Attention to detail and sanitation rules

• Time management skills

• Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed

• Reliable transportation to and from work

Retail Store Associate

Responsibilities:​

• Focusing on the customer by giving a warm and friendly greeting, maintaining eye contact and offering help locating additional items, when needed

• Accurately perform cashier duties - handling cash, checks and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies and procedures

• Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information and completing inventory management tasks as directed by store manager

• Supporting opening and closing store activities, when needed

• Providing customer support to all departments
